Position: HR Manager / Rig Coordinator

Location: Hassi Messaoud, Algeria

Key requirements:

• Must reside in Hassi Messaoud or Ouargla

• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience

• Proven experience in rig coordination and managing rig personnel

• Strong knowledge of HR and personnel administration within the oil and gas sector

• Fluent in both English and French

• Relevant university degree or professional diploma

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to coordinate effectively with field personnel, clients, and management
